About Project: This project completed as apart of the Architectural Studio 2. The students were required to develop mixed- used, medium scaled building in the centre of Burleigh Heads. My concept was focused around Pattern Language by Christopher Alexander. The main patterns I have used included degrees of publicness, row houses, quiet backs & half hidden gardens, public outdoor room, stair seats and building edges to sit at.
